Howl-O-Ween VI was held on Sunday, October, 25, 2026 at Country Park on Nathanael Green Drive. The event was hosted by Greensboro Parks and Recreation and the Guilford County Animal Resources/Animal Services. This was an event where dogs and children alike were treated to goodies.

Over 40 local pet-focused vendors and community organizations participated. There were many high school students volunteering. We even saw a couple of students giving out treats who are actually afraid of dogs. Perhaps, this friendly group of canines helped these volunteers be less afraid. The above photo is indicative of the people in attendance. We love the way that big, fluffy, white Great Pyrenees dog is trying to figure out the person in costume. Greensboro has so many events free and open to the public. Follow the Park and Recs online and you will stay pretty informed.

Happy Tuesday!
