103 S. Tremont Drive

This house at 1945 S. Tremont Drive was built in 1945, right at the end of World War II. If those mature trees were planted at that time, they are over 80 years old. Seeing the Kubota and tree trunk in the front yard indicates trees are being trimmed and cut down.

Sunset Hills is a Greensboro neighborhood that decorates in December. with chicken wire balls wrapped with strings of lights and hurled in the tree canopy.
