This lovely house at 2203 Three Meadows Road has great curb appeal. Yellow is such a special color! We keep hoping we’ll see someone sitting on that fabulous front porch, so we can get to know the owners. The house, built in 1975, appears to have been owned by the same owners since 1985.

The landscaping is spectacular on this 1/3 acre lot. The house is also in a great location, a stone’s throw from the Greensboro Science Center. It appears the neighborhood is also known as Three Meadows. While we don’t live there, we know several people who live there and they are so neighborly and, as with the people at 2203, seem to hold on to their homes for a very long time. It is so special when people, unbeknownst to them, bring others joy. May we all aspire to do so.
