Today’s feature is the house at 215 North Park Drive. Built in 1911, this last sold in 2008, an intication that the current owners have lived there for 18 years. Additionally, they have a graduate they are celebrating. We’re betting this home with the lovely 1/2 acre lot in lovely Fisher Park, across from the park, has many stories to tell about its adventures with these happy home owners.

Greensboro has many lovely neighborhoods and Fisher Park is one of them. It consists of 12 acres and is filled with mature trees, walkable streets, with parks and woods and the lovely First Presbyterian church within it’s parameters. Congratulations to the graduate in this house. And, if memory serves, this is the home with the Free Little Library out front, one that is always filled with great books.
