Happy Teacher Appreciation Week! Above is a group of Key Women Educators who are members of the Beta Delta Chapter of North Carolina Delta Kappa Gamma. Delta Kappa Gamma is an international education society founded in 1929 to promote professional and personal growth, and to foster excellence in education. The above photo features many of the Beta Delta members. They met last night to induct 5 new members and to install new officers for the 1926-1928 biennium.

DKG has educator-members at all levels of service from Kindergarten to higher education, and from early career to retired educators. These dedicated educators gather to serve students, teachers, and the profession, with projects, awards, scholarships and service. They are committed to their students, to the profession, to DKG, and to each other. Happy Educator Appreciation Week, ladies.
