The 1407 sign reminded us that it is safest to have your street number clearly visible from the road. There is actually a law in North Carolina stating that street numbers must be visible from the road on residential homes. This house has it covered.  Likely, the spinning lady gives us a hint that previously someone who spun yarn and likely knitted or crocheted. With yesterday’s temperatures in the mid-60s, it was perfect weather to get out and explore neighborhoods. Today should be warm and sunny, too.
