Today’s photo is a house on Eagle Downs Way, in the Eagle Ridge neighborhood. Eagle Ridge is a new community built off of Pleasant Ridge Road, on the east side of Highway 68. The four bedroom, four bath house was built in 2017. Built on nearly an acre, it fits right in with this neighborhood of large, recently-built homes. This property seems to be different by the barn in the back yard. It isn’t clear from the street view it it is part of the above property. That cozy front porch looks like it would be a great place to use for socializing with neighbors. While this particular house isn’t currently for sale, a few on the street are available. It you are looking for a large home in a quiet neighborhood, this area could be a good fit.
