At the Corner of Market & Elm

In view, however, is the Jefferson Standard/Lincoln Financial Building, dating from 1927 and at one time the tallest building between Atlanta and Washington, D.C. Today, it is owned by the Lincoln Financial Group. Still, combined with the new part, the complex is a very powerful part of Greensboro’s skyline. It would be really nice to have a restaurant at the top, open to the public– at least on special occasions. Surely, the view is really special. It is on the “bucket list” for the crew here at Greensboro Daily Photo!
