The Main Street Baptist Church in Kernersville is located just a few miles west of the Guilford County Line. The main building of the church is an imposing brick building that has the look of a traditional, southern church. However, the building in the above photo is also a part of the church. It houses the daycare and offices. Looking more like a 1970’s office building, it is quite intriguing.

A square structure like this one, with a cross on the facade, is unusual for a church. The school-bus yellow SUV out front adds quite a bit of visual interest; and, the blue sky injects a great punch of color.
