Autotrends is a full-service auto repair center in downtown Greensboro. It is located on a relatively quiet section of Battleground Avenue, just down the street from Smith Street Diner. The above photo was taken at the end of a rainy day last week. On the day it was taken, it seemed as if Greensboro would be eternally wet. However, already this week, with the cool, sunny days, those soggy days are beginning to fade.

Rainy days and wet streets have a way of bringing out the beauty in even the most mundane scenes. If you look behind Autotrends, you can see some of the newer housing that overlooks the ballpark.
