Birch Management, located at 1118 Grecade Street in Midtown. They are a professional property management service in Greensboro. Birch opened in 1988 and their staff has been working to help clients make the most of their investment properties for over thirty years. Their staff of 15 is quite diverse, with most team members having been involved in the real estate industry for several years.

The street-view facade of the building is reminiscent of the nearby Jones Metal Work building given the plain brick, angled roof, and signage attached directly onto the roof area. The building punctuates the sky beautifully on a sunny winter day, when trees are bare and the building is maximally visible. The 7,560 square foot building was built in 1985; however Birch has only been in this location since December of 2007. With its great location- easy access to Wendover Avenue, Battleground, and Benjamin Boulevard-  likely, they will remain on Grecade for a very long time.
