Today’s church, Church of Christ, is located on Coliseum Boulevard, south of downtown Greensboro. The minister is Jessie Tolliver, III. The church has been in the current location since the early 2000’s when the Triad and Central congregations were undergoing a merger. This dynamic church has several events on Saturday and Sunday, plus Wednesday evening Bible classes.

You can’t tell from the photo, but when we drove by yesterday, there were several cars in the parking lot. When a person makes a commitment to a religious community, it is nice to have access to that community more than one day a week. This church seems to actively work to provide events and opportunities for its congregation, above and beyond a Sunday service. It sure looks pretty against a bright blue, North Carolina sky.
