Carolina BMW has been selling motorcycles in Greensboro since 2001. Located at 2407 Greengate Drive, off of Elm-Eugene, just south of I-40, Carolina BMW not only sells new and used BMW motorcycles, they also have on display motorcycles from previous decades. The above cycle is 1967 R69 S. Five decades of significant and legendary BMW motorcycles are on display at the shop until March 15th.

A motorcycle of the above vintage is featured in “Investment Biker” by Jim Rogers. Rogers and his girlfriend travel 65,000 miles on an around the world trip in 1990-1991. Rogers, an investor, fuses his writing about their travels with economics, history, and a personal look at investment opportunities worldwide.
