Today, Greensboro Daily Photo has just finished five years of publishing a daily photo & cooresponding text- 1,825 days without missing a post. There were times, during power outages when we drove to closed restaurants to use their wi-fi to get the post published, and we’ve enjoyed every minute of it. In the above photo, you see Mr. and Mrs. Greensboro Daily photo out celebrating our “perfect attendance.” The best birthday present you can give this community website is to keep reading and to share the URL address with friends and family. Our initial goal was to stick to this venture for five years. As we enter Year 6, if you’re in, we’re in. We’ll continue this all-volunteer project for another year.  There are people to interview, community events to photograph and plenty of serendipitiously great scenes around Greensboro waiting to be documented.  May our community prosper in 2014 and beyond. Here’s a virtual toast to health, happiness, and another 365 days!
