Home Grounds Coffee Shop opened about 3 years ago on State Street. About three weeks ago, the coffee shop opened in the above space, across the street from the former location. They needed the additonal space. They were packed on Saturday.

The shop is a community oriented, locally owned and sources as much locally as possible, including offering tea from Vida PourTea crom across the street. We were hoping to catch Jenna at work to interview her; she had just left. We’ll try to get by, at the very least to congratulate her for establishing such a thriving coffee shop. They have some fabulous designer drinks.
