
Music and religion share a deep, universal relationship. Music helps create mood, sacred atmospheres and shared experiences and listening to songs that are popular during the Christmas definitely helps put people in a Christmas mood. At the Moravian Tea at the First Moravian Church on December 5th, this gentleman played piano during the Candle Tea.
We didn’t get the name of the piano player, but he sure added ambiance as we were eating sugar cake and drinking sweetened tea. They have had a presence in North Carolina since the mid 1700s and in Greensboro since the early 1900s.
