Having Fun at 108 North Elm Street

This photo in the 100 block of North Elm Street was taken during the Festival of Lights. It looks like it could have been taken a century ago. And actually, all of these building were constructed in the 1920s. These buildings are situated directly across from the Jefferson Building (also known as Jefferson Pilot, Jefferson Standard, and now Lincoln Financial Group).

During the Festival of Lights, there was a device generating giant snowballs and it really attracted attention. This was the first stop for many who had just left the tree lighting in Center City Park, heading towards downtown. It seemed so fitting to feature the GRAY building in gray scale.

Happy Tuesday!
