This house on Jefferson Road has this homemade turkey decoration that commands attention driving from Friendly Avenue towards Hobbs. This scene is across the street from The Guilford Woods. We are imagining that wild turkeys once roamed those woods. Perhaps they still do.
The 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in the background was built in 1970 and is on a lot that is a little over a quarter of an acre. It sold in May of this year. We hope the new owners enjoy their first Thanksgiving in their new home. We hope you enjoy yours. We just may eat a big meal and head over to Guilford Woods.*
