Autumn leaves are still hanging on in Greensboro. We just couldn’t wait for the weekend to enjoy the sights of fall. We saw these oak leaves out walking near Lake Higgins yesterday afternoon. A recent photo essay by UNCG photographers Martin W. Kane and Grant Evan Gillard (see HERE) inspired us to snap a few photos.
This little walk put us in the mood to start getting ready for Thanksgiving. Afterwards, it was off to a local grocery store for holiday groceries. We suggest not waiting until the last minute to get that shopping done OR to take that nature hike.
Happy Friday!
