This 2025 VW Beetle vintage pick up truck was seen recently at RODY’S Tavern on North Battleground Avenue. VW bills it as having a retro aesthetic combined with modern technology. The reviews mention the compact size, easy handling and practical truck bed. We believe this was the cherry red color option.

This mini-truck sure was the talk of all who were coming and going from RODY’S. We’re thinking the owner was nearby as the windows weren’t even rolled up. We had a chance to peek in at the interior and indeed it had a retro look. We forgot to look and see if it had a vanity tag. If any vehicle deserves a vanity tag, it is this one. We forgot to check. Somehow, we’re thinking it will be back at RODY’S, or possibly at the Thursday VW meet up at Herbie’s.

Happy Tuesday!
