If you like to bike, most of the local bike shops arrange rides at all ability levels. We know a fairly easy ride leaves from Cycles de ORO, early on Tuesday evenings. There is a Thursday ride that leaves from LeBauer Park. If you LIK2BIKE, there are plenty of options in Greensboro. Be sure to wear a helmet and have a front and rear light.
