Briggs Memorial Church is one of those great finds when we were driving through the countryside in Guilford County. It is located at 1344 Rankin Mill Road in McLeansville. The eastern end of the county is full of churches; actually, the whole county has an abundance of churches. Sunday school is at 10:00 am and preaching starts  at 11:00. People of all ages are encouraged to attend this church. According to the cornerstone, the church was first built in 1954 and relocated to here in 1971. We haven’t been able to find out the back story about the relocation, but we’re sure it is interesting. It is a beautiful church, built on a large lot. We hope to see it inside someday.
