Greensboro’s neighborhoods have such distinct personalities. Glenwood is an urban neighborhood known for its diversity; a very active neighborhood association; and great location close to downtown, UNCG, the Coliseum, and more! It has been a neighborhood since the early 20th century. Every time we drive through, we see something that puts a smile on our face. We see children playing in the parks; we get good food at the Thursday market and so much more. The other day, we were visiting a friend and saw a couple of the Hens of Glenwood. This is the ultimate in free range chickens. We’re wondering where they lay their eggs. 

In the background, you can see a couple of the houses, so typical in Glenwood. Likely, they are two bedroom, one bathroom homes. If a small house is enough for you, Glenwood is perfect. They even have their own public library and a community center.
