As you can tell, this is a view heading east, into downtown. The sky was looking rather dramatic on the day the photo was taken.  On the horizon, the city’s iconic beacon, the Lincoln Financial Group (LFG) building, attracts our attention and always helps us navigate the city. Dare we say, all roads lead to LFG? This photo gives you a good view of the rolling hills around town, proof positive that we are in the Piedmont region, between the mountains and the flatlands at the coast.
