It is the last Friday of August and the last weekend before traditional public school starts in Guilford County. Tonight, there will be many high school football games. And, before we know it, it will be fall. 

The above photo features a sunny day, earlier in the week at Hamburger Square in downtown Greensboro. This is the last block north of the railroad tracks. Natty Greene’s Downtown is featured in the above photo. The photo captures a lazy day of summer. There is a lone person crossing the street. The parked scooters are dormant. If you look closer, you can see that there are some people on the patio of Natty’s. The street sign shows that we are at the corner at McGee and Elm.
