This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house is located at 108 Sunset Drive, just off Elm Street. The Greensboro Country Club, just down the road, was incorporated in 1911, so the above Irving Park home, built in 1915, was one of the earlier homes in the neighborhood. * As you can see from the bare trees, we are in the heart of winter. From Elm Street to Lawndale Drive, Sunset Drive is a little over a mile and a half long. It meanders through the heart of Irving Park and many prominent properties are seen along the way. The Greensboro Country Club is on Sunset, with several of the golf holes visible from the road. The homes of Irving Park, this early, 145 acre neighborhood, are some of the most spectacular in Greensboro. The architecture is breathtaking, and very diverse. Between the beauty of the homes and the spectacular landscaping, Irving Park is truly a Greensboro gem.
