Have you ever eaten at Frosty’s BBQ at 4836 Summit Avenue in Greensboro? This restaurant is the epitome of Americana of yesteryear; no frills, just delicious country cooking at reasonable prices. Currently, Frosty’s is only available for takeout. But, if you want a good fried fish sandwich or some fresh BBQ, you can order it and find a place to go to enjoy it. They also serve breakfast and have daily specials. Frosty’s is owned by Dale and Linda Simmons, who must be morning people because their hours are 6:30 am- 2:00 p.m. When this photo was taken at about 8pm, all was silent at Frosty’s, but during the day, it is busy, busy!

Most of us have a pretty small area that we frequent and don’t always know about other neighborhoods. If you haven’t tried Frosty’s, it is a fun destination to put on your list!
