Today’s photo features a field of Angus cows on Pleasant Ridge Road across from Summerfield Farms. They look healthy, are tagged, and seem to enjoy grazing in the field. Angus is the most popular breed of cattle in the United States. The Aberdeen Angus were first introduced here from Scotland in 1873.* They look so beautiful and peaceful in the field.
