Toe Tapping Good Times

As downtown Greensboro fills with locals and out of town guests for the NC Folk Festival, festival goers are smart to look at alternate transportation sources like taxis and Uber-type services to get from Point A to B- even if not partaking in “beverages.” The above photo features one option, a Tap Hopper tour mobile. For the over 21 crowd, this service helps you make the rounds to try different breweries without having to drive.

Tap Hoppers began in Greensboro in 2016, by two entrepreneurs Patrick Sanecki and Niels Larsen. For a fee, you get transportation, discounts on food and beverage, insight from experts in brewing, and more. The point is to make your experience social and to keep people under the influence away from the wheel.  The craft  brewery scene in North Carolina is burgeoning and the folk music scene is flourishing. Especially this weekend, we are all lucky to be surrounded by so much toe tapping music. And the over 21 crowd can tap their heels and ride around for a beverage. Let the show begin.
