Luther’s Cafe is attached to the kitchen at the First Lutheran Church of Greensboro. It is a place where food can be prepared and served. From meals to coffee hour, churches are well served to have a place for food, beverage, and fellowship. First Lutheran is a dynamic church with many community groups meeting here. On any given night, when the church is seemingly as quite as a church mouse, you must might find a scout troop in here assembling snack packs for a camp in.
Believe it or not, in 2017, Jason Derose, for National Public Radio, wrote a food history and culture article entitled, Recipes for Reformation: A Menu to Mark Martin Luther. Perhaps, we should meet up at Luther’s Cafe, at the corner of Friendly and Holden, and learn more about these recipes! Happy Sunday.
