Many people we’ve been interviewing lately either teach or take yoga in Greensboro. From non-profits like the Y to private studios to individuals, there are yoga classes for people at all levels of flexibility and strength. Yoga helps us build not only strength, but also positive relationships. We hope your weekend is filled with opportunities to nurture your inner strength and to be renewed- even if it means grabbing a rubber mat and a friend and creating your own yoga session outside!
