Well, for many, it is back-to-work Monday. The above construction site on Horse Pen Creek Road reminds us that not all of our days can be filled with fellowship and good food and prayerfulness. We toil so that we can rest. It is heartwarming to know that, even if an apartment complex of cookie-cutter units is being built, each building has a heart of purple tucked inside. Wonder if people still write messages on hidden parts of walls as was done in previous generations. Have you ever written a message and left it is a sealed, unseen place? These guys look pretty busy. Someohow, it doesn’t seem like they had time to do things like write little messages inside of buildings. That was the kind of thing grandpa’s used to do.
