Beep, beep, move over… out with the old, in with the new,. Noble Academy is GROWING and on the move. Formerly known as Guilford Academy, Noble Academy is located on Horse Pen Creek Road, near the Spears YMCA. On February 8th the school broke ground for their new building. The 20th-century, cabin-like building above is being moved off of the property to make way for the new 21st-century facility. We imagine they’re planning to move the above structure in the night when there isn’t much traffic.

The private, K-12 school caters to students who have learning differences. At Noble, students learn in classrooms with a small teacher student ratio (1:8) with a traditional curriculum, methodology and strategies that accommodate students with learning differences. As their website reports, Nobles’ teachers are experts in their content area who are experienced in working with students with ADD/LD. They’ve been dreaming of this expansion for nearly a decade and business is booming.
