Sunday afternoons from 3-5pm, Borough Coffee features live music. Old Time Music Sunday features traditional, acoustic Appalachian music. With the Double Oaks building on North Mendenhall as a venue, the afternoon has the intimate feel of 19th century parlor music. The above band is the Sweet Peas, and this quartet of very talented musicians provided a great afternoon yesterday; the volume was just right, loud enough to hear and enjoy, but not so loud as to drown out personal conversations.

Borough Coffee works hard to build community and to keep entertainment affordable. We were grateful we could stop by for coffee and for the music of (from left to right) Jon Amos, Greyson Leybourne, Bekah Santis, and Jason Hughes. What an enjoyable way to close out the weekend.
