The Resurgent, located at 1806 East Market Street is a mixed-use development that is a joint venture between the NC A&T Real Estate Foundation and Cone Health. North Carolina A&T State University will have offices and an entrepreneurship hub in the building and Cone Health a primary and urgent care clinic. Leaving town and heading east on Market Street, the building is on the right, just east of NC A&T State University. The architecture is in stark contrast to the other buildings on the university campus. Mixed-use spaces have been around since ancient times. However, they have gained considerable traction in recent years. You should drive by and have a look at how much this area is changing. This is part of an effort to bring much needed services to this part of town.
