Relocated Post Office- Friendly Center Branch

The U.S. post office at Friendly Center has relocated from Pembroke Road to the area off of Northline Drive where Pier 1 used to be. The new location is so much bigger with increased capacity for mailboxes and for waiting in line. Also, as you can see from the above photo, there is a U.S. passport office. The USPS building is so clean and spacious, we had to walk around, even though we didn’t have anything to mail out that day.

If you look closely in the above photo, it helps with the orientation. In that upper right corner, you can see Schiffman’s. The new location should make buying stamps, sending out Christmas cards and gifts so easy. According to a USPS article, the change was necessary because the landlord of the Pembroke Road location decided not to renew the lease.* Let us know what you think.

Happy Tuesday!
